Flyp is an exciting, early-phase startup that gives you multiple numbers on your smartphone.  Today, we have multiple email addresses, credit cards and social identities – and yet we only have one number for our smartphones.  We use that phone for everything. One number is no longer enough. That’s why we created Flyp – to put you back in control.

We are looking for a Customer Support pro who possesses a passion helping customers have the best possible experiences with exciting technology products. You’ll work with our team of talented engineers to support the next generation of mobile consumer communication applications.


  • You are organized, efficient, motivated. You want a clean inbox and happy customers. You want a better product experience. 
  • You don’t hesitate to contribute and collaborate. You are a stellar communicator across all modes–written, verbal, and of course, interpretive dance.
  • You are able to translate complex technology problems into simple, personable communications with customers.
  • No task is too large or too small for you. You’ve logged bugs, you’ve created great new features, you’re familiar with Zendesk.
  • Have your work seen by passionate customers across the globe who rely on it to do their job on a daily basis
  • You absolutely hate the idea of being just another cog in the machine—you are self-motivated. You want to own your work and have a say in the direction of the product.
  • It helps if you’ve had 3+ years of providing customer service for a high tech consumer company. Also, you are a great writer and communicator. English speaking is mandatory, Spanish and/or other languages are pluses!

Formal Responsibilities:

  • Use the product religiously, and log bugs when encountered.
  • Become our resident Zendesk expert and manage customer support processes through the platform.
  • Collaborate with the engineering and QA team to prioritize product features and fixes, to create a revolutionary communications product.
  • Write and update FAQ and help articles to help educate users far and wide.
